2) If you do not have any experience in programming, what language would be easier to create this kind of online poker game?

I am using ASP.net with SQL Server 2005 to keep on track. Ajax updates to make to know pages faster, but also needs the time in the hands of other players. The database behind it would be good if the cards from the deck to follow already retired, and each of the hands of users.

This would be an interesting project. Some tasks include:

1) the design of graphics cards. (Models of cards are copyrighted) It could be postponed, and a text-only version can be used for cards.

To codify 2) The basic provisions. (Texas Hold'em, 5 Card Stud 5 Card Draw ...)

Be created 3) The users / roles. Points should be safeguarded for users. Forgot User Logon / password, etc. would be configured to screen light (built into Visual Web Developer) 2005 Express Edition.

Creating 4) The ability of a user to a room to connect a games room, exit a games room, etc. would be created. Rules on the scope should be defined so that the costs for users connecting points a game room. End of the roombefore the game was over forfitting some require or provide all the necessary points to the potential for a series of games. These rules must be well justified, documented and implemented.

5) A panel ranking points will be created.

You might help if you are interested. I think many people would be interested in it. If there is a site that aims to make money in the future, there should be a way for developers to put the profits of the page.
