Vertical Wine Rack How Do You Remove Spray Paint From Wrought Iron???

How do you remove spray paint from wrought iron??? - vertical wine rack

I have a wrought iron gate wine and black vertical painted off-white (bad!) I would now like to restore the original black iron. Is it possible to remove the spray paint? Circuits are complex - can be "light" on something? I sprayed with two coats .-- THX
